"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered a bag and it got to me faster than I thought it would. The tracking updated like it should, so I always had a good idea of where it was. It did sit for an extra day before moving again, but not a big deal. Overall, I’d say the shipping experience was solid.

"Nice Bag, but Packaging Could’ve been Better"
I got this tote as a gift for my sister and She actually really liked it, so that was a win. the leather feels nice and the color was close to the photos too. My only issue is that the packaging was plain for something meant as a gift, and there was a small mark on the bag. It wasn’t bad enough to send back, but for the price, I was expecting a little better

Picked up a Portland Leather bag a few weeks back and I’ve been using it nonstop. Strap’s comfy, doesn’t dig in even when I overpack. Leather was a bit stiff at first, but softened up fast. Easy grab-and-go bag now. Really happy with it

"Nice Bag, Just a Small Flaw"
The bag showed up in great shape overall, but there was literally a tiny mark on the side that I noticed right away. It’s not a huge deal and shipping was totally fine, but for the price, I guess I expected it to be a little more perfect. Still like it though.

"Love how it’s aging"
I picked up a tote from Portland Leather a few months back, and weirdly enough, the patina has become my favorite thing about it. At first I thought it was pretty, but a little plain. Now that I’ve been using it every day, the handles have darkened, the leather feels softer, and all the little marks just kind of melt into the bag instead of looking like damage. It has this cozy, worn-in feeling now, like it’s actually mine and not just some brand-new bag I’m trying to be careful with. I’m really happy with it.

"Really happy with my Portland Leather bag"
I picked up a bag from Portland Leather Goods i’m impressed. The leather feels thick and sturdy, the stitching is nice and clean, and it seems like it’s going to last a long time. Mine did have a couple little marks on it, but with real leather I kind of expected that and it doesn’t bother me much. It’s not totally perfect, but I’m still really happy with it and would give it 4 stars

"Nice leather, but a bit scuffed"
The leather does feel really nice. Soft, solid, like it should hold up. But then I noticed the scuffs. More than just one or two little marks. For the price, I was expecting it to look cleaner when it arrived. Still like it, just a little disappointed.

I don’t really trust all the polished product descriptions companies throw around, but I’ll give credit where it’s due: the stitching on this is solid. It looks clean, and I haven’t noticed any loose threads so far.

"Sturdy Strap After a Short Break-In"
The strap feels thick and really solid, not cheap or flimsy at all. It was a little stiff at first, so I took my time breaking it in instead of forcing it, and now it sits comfortably. Feels like it’ll hold up well. I’d give it 4 stars

"Nice bags, but the pricing threw me off"
The bags look really nice, and I was close to buying one. But the pricing part felt a bit all over the place. Like, the discounts and the final total didn’t really make sense until I got to checkout, and by then it was kind of annoying. I just wish they showed that stuff upfront instead of making you get that far to figure it out.

"Actually impressed with this bag"
I was prepared to be annoyed because I thought the leather would make this bag way too heavy, and I really don’t need another “cute but impossible to carry” bag sitting in my closet. But nope, it’s actually a really good weight. It feels sturdy and not cheap or flimsy, but I can still carry it around all day without feeling like I’m hauling luggage. The leather feels thick and legit, and it sits comfortably on my shoulder, which is apparently too much to ask from half the bags out there. Shipping was totally fine too. Overall, I’m really happy with it and I’d definitely buy it again

"Color matched the photos perfectly"
I’m always kind of watching for whether product photos match real life, because that’s where online orders can get tricky. This bag was a nice surprise, the color looked just like the pictures, maybe even a little better in person. Really happy with it.
